Refund policy
Returns
Customers in the United Kingdom can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order, only if the items are unused and in brand new condition. As well as items that are in the following conditions:
- Are wrong items/not what you have ordered
- Are defective
We recommend our customers to take a continuous and non-edited video evidence of the unboxing of the delivery parcel/packaging, such video evidence are mostly preferred and recognisable by retailer, courier companies and insurance companies as strong evidences.
To initiate a return request, you must first reach out to support(AT)avocardoshop.com with your order number. We will then request proof of purchase and video/photographic evidence illustrating the problem or defects.
Once the request is approved, we will send you the instructions on how and where to send back your order. Your items must be sent securely in their original packaging, including all the accessories and components that were included when you received them.
Any packages delivered to our premises without initiating a return request may be confused or seen by staffs as suspicious/miscellaneous/incorrect deliveries, therefore they will be rejected and to be returned to sender.
Returns are subjected to restocking fee of 8% unless they are returned due to defective or wrongly sent items.
Trading cards/blind boxes
“Blind box”: means that customers cannot identify which exact figurine of the series that they purchase before opening it.
A regular figure will be replaced if the secret figure appears in the whole set.
For blind boxes, THE NUMBER OF FIGURINES VARIANTS IN EACH SERIES VARIES. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT ANY PURCHASE OF A BLIND BOX WILL CONTAIN THE SECRET FIGURINE. WE ALSO CANNOT GUARANTEE THE EXACT FIGURINE OF THE SERIES THAT WILL BE MAILED TO YOU, AND THE FIGURINES THAT YOU RECEIVE ARE RANDOM.
Customers MUST carefully choose which product or series of Blind boxes they wish to purchase. We do not offer any refund or exchange because of a change of mind on your purchase.

Exchanges
We do not offer exchanges.
Cancellations
You may cancel your order if the item has not been shipped subjected to 4-6% payment handling fee (Depending on the type of card used, charge to us by payment companies).
Once your order is shipped, we would not be able to cancel the order. Please refer to our Return Policies once your order has been dispatched.
Refunds
Upon receipt and inspection of your returned items, we will notify you via email regarding the approval or rejection of your refund. Once your return is approved, the refund will be issued and credited back to your original method of payment within 14 days. Please note it may take some time before the refund is processed by your bank or card issuing company.
Rejected Orders
In the event that delivery attempts fail and a package is rejected, our system will automatically initiate a return process. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable and will be deducted from your refund, together with handling cost and restocking fee.
If the your shipment is returned to us because the receiver refuses to pay tax, duties or fees imposed by authorities and mailing service providers, we will have to deduct the shipping fee, returning fee and other related fees (Including and not limited to restocking fee and handling fees) when we apply for a refund for you.
