When items are labelled as pre-order or backorder. They are not available for immediate dispatch. Please read carefully the estimated timeline, terms and condition around Pre-Orders & Backorders.
We only dispatch your order when all items become available. Additional shipping cost may occur if you'd like us to ship part of the orders, please contact us for any request or questions about your order.
Due to the nature of pre-ordering & backordering, there are elements that are often out of our control:
- Delays: The release dates are provided by our suppliers/distributors, and are indicative only. While we strive to adhere to these timelines, unforeseen changes and production issues may occur from our supplier. We will keep you updated to the best of our ability.
- Production Issues: We make every effort fulfil your pre-order, but we cannot guarantee 100% that the of pre-orders can be fulfilled due to potential unforeseen issue faced by our suppliers. In the event of cancellation of production, we will issue full refunds on the pre-order deposits.
- Allocation Issue: We try our best not to over-promise on Pre-Order Quantities, but we may get it wrong sometimes. In-demand items are often subjected to allocation cut from distributors. When we are not supplied with the full quantity we ordered, we will dispatch according to order received time and issue full refund promptly to orders we cannot fulfil.
Payment and cancellation
Full payment is required at the time of placing pre-orders or backorders. Please note that once placed, pre-orders and backorders cannot be refunded or cancelled.
