We advise all customers purchasing gifts for the festive season to place order as early as possible, placing the order near the cut-off dates only guarantee the order to be accepted by post office, they are subjected to delays due to extremely busy postal services and network.

As festive holiday and the end of year approaches, UK postal services become extremely busy. Just think about how many Christmas Cards they have to deliver!

The post office we use have now announced their final posting dates and we move that forward to incorporate processing and packing of orders, the final ordering dates are as follow:

Any orders placed after Order cut-off date will face significant delays, and not be processed or shipped until after 29th December 2025 or later.

Your order will typically be processed and shipped out within 1 - 3 business days, excluding weekends or UK public holidays. During peak periods, there may be slight delays.

Orders are processed during Monday - Friday (Excluding Public Holiday).
Orders cut-off hour is 10:00am each day.
(Orders placed after the cut-off hour will be treated as next working day's order.)

These items will be shipped via DHL to ensure highest level of courier service is provided. This helps minimising the chances of mishandling & accident during transit.

When items are labelled as pre-order or backorder. They are not available for immediate dispatch. Please read carefully the estimated timeline, terms and condition around Pre-Orders & Backorders.

We only dispatch your order when all items become available. Additional shipping cost may occur if you'd like us to ship part of the orders, please contact us for any request or questions about your order.

Due to the nature of pre-ordering & backordering, there are elements that are often out of our control:

• Delays: The release dates are provided by our suppliers/distributors, and are indicative only. While we strive to adhere to these timelines, unforeseen changes and production issues may occur from our supplier. We will keep you updated to the best of our ability.
• Production Issues: We make every effort fulfil your pre-order, but we cannot guarantee 100% that the of pre-orders can be fulfilled due to potential unforeseen issue faced by our suppliers. In the event of cancellation of production, we will issue full refunds on the pre-order deposits.
• Allocation Issue: We try our best not to over-promise on Pre-Order Quantities, but we may get it wrong sometimes. In-demand items are often subjected to allocation cut from distributors. When we are not supplied with the full quantity we ordered, we will dispatch according to order received time and issue full refund promptly to orders we cannot fulfil.

Payment and cancellation

Full payment is required at the time of placing pre-orders or backorders. Please note that once placed, pre-orders and backorders cannot be refunded or cancelled.

Shipment towards outside of the UK are shipped as Delivered Duty Unpaid (DDU).

Additional cost may occur for EU/International orders, enforced by your country's custom or boarder control authorities.

We advise customers to check with local authorities to find out what import duties and taxes are liable and payable to you by your custom or boarder control authorities. We do not collect any tax or duties for non-UK orders, therefore prices for non-UK customers are exclusive of UK VAT.

Generally deliveries can take a week from date of dispatch to arrive. However, this will depend on your how quickly your country's customs and local mail service processes your parcel and may take longer if there is a delay in your country's' postal system.  

*Please note that you may have local import duties and tax payable in your home country. You should therefore check the local rules. No tax or VAT is collected on orders to outside of the UK.
